The Round house is approximately 2,000 square feet with 2- 3 bedrooms, (depending on how you use the downstairs space), and 3 full baths. The smaller barn is approximately 1,300 square feet with a kitchenette space downstairs next to the power system and a full bath and bedroom or office space upstairs. The larger barn is about 3,400 square feet with plumbing stubbing and a septic tank installed, but no running water or electricity hooked up currently.

The house and barn are supplied by a gravity-fed spring that is just up the hill on the property. The 25 acres are divided into two lots currently, though both are being sold together. The buildings are all situated on the original 15 acres; the additional 10 were acquired separately and could become an additional self-contained building site, with a flat space next to the stream and its own spring. The hydropower is currently not connected, but the pipes could be connected and re-established easily with minimal effort and cost.
